America’s Founders believed that property rights were essential to individual liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Therefore, the right of every individual to own private property was embedded in the U. S. Constitution.

This inalienable right is under attack by lawmakers seeking increased tax revenue. CITIZENS FOR CHANGE has developed the ‘Private Property Protection Pledge’¹ for use in every state to stop inappropriate Eminent Domain takings.
